I am a single mommy of a beautiful 6 year old girl who is obsessed with the Japanese Culture. She is convinced that when she learns the language, she will be Japanese...lol. Anyway, I started packing bento lunches for the both of us to satisfy her obsession, and to create a fun meal that combines small portions, healthy food choices and of course, super cuteness!
